Requirements:
• Native Japanese or other nationality who has near Native proficiency in Japanese
• Good English communication skills
• Graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply
• Customer Service or BPO related working experience is an advantage
• Fresh graduates or no related working experience are also welcome to apply
• Willing to be trained and work in Makati City

Responsibilities:
• Responsible in making advertisements to get more clients and new opportunities.
• Responsible in managing and answering inquiries from different social media platforms.
• Responsible in gathering feedback , suggestions and to coordinate with the department that is handling the advertisements
• Manage and organize data for Market research and insights for operational processes
業務内容:

• SNSからの問い合わせ、メッセージ管理
• 広報からのフィードバック、提案、調整
• マーケットリサーチ、チーム内の問題(是正)のデータ管理
