JOB SUMMARY
Provides support in analyzing, controlling and monitoring company budget and cost data in order to support decisions of each department and the company as a whole.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assists in data gathering coordination with each department for review of department’s efficient and effective use of allocated company resources on a regular basis.
• Monitors and update established and implemented cost control measures and activities.
• Assists in conducting post-evaluation of departmental projects to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and compliance within the organization.
• Other related basic and administrative tasks which may include but not limited to preparation of minutes of the meeting, completion of document or system related requirement such as workflow, supplies request, etc. as deemed necessary.
• Translates a variety of materials from Japanese to English and vice versa.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
• Ability to comprehend oral and written correspondence in Japanese (N1 Level), English and Tagalog language.
Native speakers are welcome.
• With at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in corporate setting
MS Office proficient
• Must be assertive and pro-active
